Does anyone have weekly lymph massages done, and when the toxins are

released, where do they go (the liver?) What's good to mop up the toxins?

Would it be a liver detox, or a whole body detox method?

I haven't had this done but I read that a rebounder also gets the lymph flowing

(as does dry brushing). I believe they do go to the liver. Many items mop up

toxins - activated charcoal, apple pectin, chlorella (binder of heavy metals),

french green clay and other clays, cholestyramine (a prescription), herbs like

pinella, burbur and parsley (never tried these myself), etc. I can't remember

them all. Keep in mind that binders can also pull good minerals so need to take

them hours apart and also to supplement them. Fulvic acid and ConcenTrace are a

couple different liquid mineral products.

Other ways to deal with toxins include epsom salt or mag chloride flakes in a

hot bath as well as FIR sauna.

Rereading this, not sure the pinella, parsley and burbur mop up toxins. They

are for treating herxes but not exactly sure how they work.

, I go about every 3 weeks. I was told that they will clear thru the

spleen but I thought most " Lyme " toxins went thru the liver.

Are you going weekly? What do you notice? For me, the first couple of

reactions happened within 24 hrs. Now, from one of the gals I see, it's day

4 thru day 7, the nausea and mild headache make it almost unbearable to

work. Hence the every 3 weeks.

For mop up I drink lemon water and try and do a coffee enema but I'm still

getting pretty slammed. I've probably had 8 or so, so far. Maybe I should

try more green clay or sarsaparilla or something. Any ideas?

Have you tried Red Root? It really helped my spleen. I was getting a lot of pain

in the spleen area and after taking Red Root for a day or so I started getting a

bubbling feeling in the area I usually have pain. I now take it 3 times a day

10-15 drops (you may need more).

I wish I could afford Lymph massages, but no. I do dry brushing and that helps a

lot. The red root really helped the pain in my spleen area. I seldom feel any

pain there anymore. The bottle says to take 15 - 30 drops 1 - 3 times a day. It

really works for me, but we're all so different...

Do you have a rebounder? Its also supposed to help with the lymph system.

You can lead a person to a fact, but you can't make them think! -

I have heart issues so a rebounder is out of the picture for now. It pretty hard

to just go up a flight of stairs.

I use this http://www.iherb.com/Red-Root-2-fl-oz-60-ml/5333?at=0

Buhner suggests to use it in his book. It helps the spleen and liver empty (I

think). Someone correct me if I'm wrong. All I know for sure is I used to have

pain in the spleen area and now I don't. And my skin seems to be less yellow.

And my edema seems to be getting better.

  • 1 month later...

Haven't been on the computer for awhile and am doing some cleaning of my

e-mails.

I just wanted to add that our family does Qi- Gong for lymph node drainage.

When I first started

I got sick every time.didn't realize that I was herxing from it. Was fine

after the first 3 classes and

Have not herxed since. It is what Ti Chi is derived from. Anyone can do this

as all the exercises

Can be adapted to bed ridden or people in wheel chairs. You can usually find

someone in your

Area to take classes from and once you have learned them you can do this at

home. You should be able to

Find someone to teach you for 10 or 15 dollars and hour and in about 8 weeks

you can be doing this on

your own( less in you are good at remembering the exercises.:o) Much cheaper

than lymph node massage.

If you can't even afford the classes, you can probably find some good videos

on facebook as I have downloaded

some to add to what we already know.

Love and Light
