can't find the total list of ingredients on this product. I do want to

try magnesium oil and compare. I do need the malate form though to keep

my ATP cycle working.

I use Adrenal Support drops twice daily from Nutramedix and then

Magnesium is crucial, but not oral magnesium as it feeds the bugs. I

just ordered my transdermal magnesium from ancient herbs per my ND and

hoping that helps as it has been 3 days of no BM's and Im miserable! I
