Guest guest
Hello everyone, Not too long ago I posted requesting information for a protocol for Mycoplasma. I, also, emailed Buhner and thought I'd share his response in hopes this information may be useful for others. " Serrapeptase: 1 capsule daily on empty stomach – this will help break the mycoplasma cell walls open and make them more vulnerable to the herbs. Raintree Nutrition: Myco formula – this is a great combination formula for mycoplasma and reports I have heard show it is pretty effective for most people I would also add Cryptolepis as a systemic antibiotic. 1 tsp 3x daily (www.woodlandessence.com) Mycoplasma actually likes gluten so it is good you aren't eating it – avoid white sugar as well and also nuts and seeds and any oils that come from them. I would highly recommend bee pollen to help replace the amino acids that the mycoplasma are consuming. 1 tbl daily in the am. And to help your arenals and energy I would highly suggest the muscle tone formula from woodland essence which is composed of pine pollen, aralia, and american ginseng tinctures. 1 dropperful 3x daily If your energy is really low the use of eleutherococcus tincture (herbpharm brand only) is essential. 1 tsp am and noonish. A general multi-vitamin supplement plus extra C, D, E, CoQ-10, beta-carotene, quercetin, folic acid, bioflavoids and biotin are necessary and helpful when recovering from a mycoplasmal infection. Would add knotweed and cat;s claw if you want to treat lyme as well, definitely use the eleuthero tincture if you are treating lyme. You may want to add andrographis later on. And yes about a year on the protocol. (I asked him about diet as well " My diet consists on all plant based foods, high raw foods, a lot of fruit in the morning and used for snacking... is this much sugar from fruit " feeding " the bacterias? " ) White sugar is a problem not fruit sugars. And I would highly suggest adding fish once a week to your diet. " Healing wishes to all,
