hi group test on monday the perscription is for polyethylene glycol <pg> in huge

amount 240 grams in 4 liters +2nd drink magnesium citrate with above pg. this

pg in much smalles dose <17 gram> hurts my kidneys. why this reaction of pain?

what doses of c vitamin safely cleanse bowel? i have c by itself or twinlab

ascorbate c with potassium calcium magnesium zinc + manganese or i have twimlab

liquid magnesium that has potassium + vit k. i can go buy plain magnesium

sunday but what dose to take to cleanse bowel? now fasting. i know i need

electrolytes but dont want to over dose . need help with this or a reciepy

given what i have already. thanks lymeover
