Guest guest
Not a stupid question. I've been studying alternative medicine for years and didn't know about it. It's a herb that helps circulation and inflammation as per Buhner. If you want to PM me, I'll tell you where I buy it. I have no financial interest, but I don't want to seem to be soliciting. It's a company recommended in Buhner's book. > > > > Wanted to give a good report. Guest guest
, that's good news. I've seen a lot of good things about teasel on this list, and now after reading your post, I'm going to give it a try. Could you say where you get it and how much you take? Sorry if you have already said this. ellen > > Wanted to give a good report. Guest guest
Have you checked with at 1st Chinese? They seem to have it all. I haven't used it yet, either, but am thinking strongly about getting some, and I imagine I will call and see what she says. Jim. ### rasheedaas <rasheedaas@...> wrote: , that's good news. Guest guest
, My LLMD has me taking 10 drops a day of teasel & 10 of cat's claw. I'm starting to wonder whether I'm taking enough of either. Do you plan to continue taking teasel? And if so, how much? Thanks, Jessie > > Wanted to give a good report. Guest guest
Jessie, IF you are going to use a tincture of it, Buhner recommend anywheres from 1 drop once a day up to 3 drops three times a day at the low end. He says some practitioners use 10 to 30 drops, three times a day. THe Chinese use it dried whole root, NOT tincture, and use from 6 to 12 grams a day. That is 6,000 to 12,000 milligrams a day. Start out slower of course. Jim. ### Jessie MacMillan <jessiemacmillan@...> wrote: , My LLMD has me taking 10 drops a day of teasel & 10 of cat's claw.
