Guest guest
I don't use many alcohol tinctures because of my sensitivity to alcohol. The ones I do use, I put into a little hot water to steam off the alcohol. Still, if you're allergic to something inthe alcohol, it would still be a problem. Anotehr option sometimes is glycerites. I make my many of my own, using vegetable glycerine instead of alcohol. My main use, however, is of powders. I put them into a smoothie, or on top of food. Just measure out the amount needed and eat it directly. That's the cheapest way for many of the buhner herbs. However, many of the items listed here are not available as single herbs that way. It can be overwhelming in the beginning. For me, as I continued treatment, it became easier,, both because I developed a schedule/routine for taking my herbs, and also because eventually the brain fog lifted enough that I could think better. Best of luck, jo > > > I went to a new doctor in the hopes that he would help me with my hashimotos thryroid condition.
