Hi,

I agree that your lymph is backing up. Herxing can actually cause

inflammation. As the organism dies its toxins are released and cause

your system more aggravation. Red root is good, but I have also herxed

on it so be careful. Dry skin brushing and rebounding and massage will

help process the toxins. I also use homeopathic drainage as well.

Epsom salt baths(4 cups) with 32-64 ounces of peroxide will help to ease

pain and process out toxins. Just make sure that you drink electrolytes

while bathing. The heat of the bath and the toxin release can deplete you.

Beefing up on electrolytes in general can help with a herx too.

Feel better,

Peggy

P.S. Zyflammend is a good anti-inflammatory. So is traumeel tablets by

BHI/heel. You can get both online.

Hi Knot weed...I'm doing smilax, but i notice it too makes me herx. Maybe i will

back off a bit. I know that herx is a good sign, but i just have to find a way

too make it less intense...

I'm thankful for everyone's helpful advice....I'm off to do a coffee enema and

and then soak in tub with peroxide:)

help with herxing, I think it was described in Buhners book.

Yes, could be. The first time I used smilax I got severe pain and shortly

thereafter a strongly swollen lymph node. Probably something got stirred up, the

next time I tried smilax (months later) I didn't notice any effect.

I emailed Tim...and waiting to hear back. He usually says to take more smilax,

but it tends to kick my butt.

My daughter's knees ached terribly, especially when she had to bend them.

She's only 34 years old and thought she was already getting arthritis. Her

husband, my son-in-law, is a distributor for Xango, and their most popular

product is a high-quality Mangosteen juice. My daughter started drinking

about 1/3 cup of the juice every day and within a month or so her knees were

back to normal functioning-no pain, no inflammation. Mangosteen juice is

also indicated for Lyme, so as soon as I can buy some I'm going to try it.

Has anyone else had good luck with Mangosteen juice? I noticed that the

other brands seem to be similar in price to the Xango, so was going to try

that.
