I would think if you are having herxheimer symptoms that you should not start anything new without asking. Maybe you are feeling so lousy due to yeast ? Are you taking all of your probiotics ? Take it easy kiddo ...hate to see anyone sound so down ....try to rest if you can and not introduce too many new things on your own without your doctor. It is supposed to bind toxins and can help with herxing. In general it can be combined with the other Buhner herbs, maybe for certain supplements like vitamins it would be better to take them apart just to be sure.
