Hope,

Thank you! I was literally just in the process of compiling my own list, as I

was getting overwhelmed as to how to proceed with starting the protocol with my

daughter.

This is MUCH appreciated!

total. not 1-4, 4x a day?

Judy, hopefully someone has mentioned - start one at a time. Then yes, you

work up to 4, 4 times a day. I am makind my own and am only taking 5/day.

Depends on how your body handles the neurotoxins produced by dead bugs.

Remember, detox, detox, detox!

,

When you make your own, do you just take ground, whole root and stuff it into

empty capsules until they are full? I have been buying all this expensive stuff

and can't keep it up but I'm so scared I'll do something wrong!

I bought a big bag from ichinese.com along with a little tray. And yes, fill

them up, shove the tops on and whala!

Make my own milk thistle and dandelion mixture too.

The cat's claw I use the tincture so don't make capsules.
