Hi , To evaporate the alcohol from a tincture you would simply squirt the

amount into a cup of tea or hot water. Do not put the tincture bottle into the

water only amount needed at that time.

People have different opinions about this (as with anything else)....

my understanding is that very hot water (almost boiling) is fine. I don't

believe that the heat from the water will diminish the efficacy of the

herbal extract.

This is how I take all tinctures, as i'm alcohol sensitive.
