My doctor said that some people respond amazingly to as little as 2 drops,

others need 10 or more times that to feel anything at all. I am really

sensitive to these kinds of things (toxic load? adrenal fatigue?), so I started

at 2 drops. I notice it but not in a caffeinated buzzy way, and i don't think

it's interfering with my sleep. I plan to go up sloooooowly.

I have a bottle sitting on the counter just waiting to be started.

However,

I already have sleep issues....11pm last night, and I'm not ready for bed.

Not good when the alarm starts at 5.

I do plan to start and will let you know my experience. What dosage did you

drop to?

Hello.

Two weeks ago I started Eleuthero, at 1 tsp 3 X Daily. I had amazing energy,

it was phenomenal!! (I've had severe chronic fatigue for past year, chronic

fatigue for 28 years.) About 5 days in, I developed sleep issues, which I'd

struggled with over the past year, but greatly improved a while back after

taking Teasel for 2 or 3 months. I know Buhner says in his book that

insomnia could develop. I feel so amazing (no nervousness at all)when on it,

however, I have no choice but to cut way back, which diminishes the positive

effects... Has anyone had similar issues, but found a way to work through

it?

Kind thanks for sharing your experiences!!
