Connie

I personally have not

However, I have a friend who does them daily in place of coffee

She uses chammomile tea in teabags rather than loose leaf

I'm not sure why the teabags

Easier to deal with maybe

I could contact her to get more specifics if u like

She has cancer & chose chamomile over coffee for her enemas

Wishing you Light & Love & Ease of well being
