Guest guest
Hi , Welcome to the list, and I hope Buhner's protocol works for you. Many people - for whom nothing else worked - find success with Buhner, so I hope you do too. What does B. recommend Autumn Crocus for? I don't remember that from the book. As far as tips: First, if you are up to it, I suggest you browse or search the archives for other list members' experiences. [search for example 'update' or the like]. It may be a little trouble but you can read many inspiring stories of others peoples' experiences. I found these messages helped keep me motivated. Esp when you have no medical support, as I know what you mean, I also had a doctor who thought the Lyme " remedy " was 28 days of doxy. Also, in my case, I followed B's suggestions exactly, as far as how to start the dosage, and how to increase it. Others on the list had to adapt to their particular bodies, but that worked for me. I also tried to keep a record as much as I could - when I started which herb, when I increased it, etc. That can provide a good indicator of your progress. I had chronic Lyme and for me, 3 months of Buhner at the maximum worked absolutely a miracle. I feel completely free of Lyme, except for a twinge in my knee if I move it in a certain way. And this is after not being able to walk, just drag myself around, and not thinking I would ever walk normally again. I know for some people it takes longer, and B. himself recommends 18 months. Good luck to you! ellen > > Hi, > I'm new to this and haven't started using the core protocol yet. Guest guest
Hi Ellen, Thank you for the response. It was for one of the coinfections. I have read through a lot of their posts and I was hoping that with time I would know what they were talking about.. At this point, I have no idea. I will just follow the book as well as I can. Thank you, rasheedaas <rasheedaas@...> wrote: Hi , Welcome to the list, and I hope Buhner's protocol works for you. Guest guest
: I did read about it, but totally forgot about it, which I am surprised since another name for it is " naked Ladies " . I must have really had brain fog when I read it to miss that. It is used for Erlichia, which I didn't think I had anyway, so maybe skimmed a lot of it. It is also used for Marliaria. You can read all about it in Buhner's book Healing Lyme on pages 189 to 196. Jim. ### rasheedaas <rasheedaas@...> wrote: Hi , Welcome to the list, and I hope Buhner's protocol works for you. Guest guest
I grow Autumn Crocus in my garden. I don't know what gardening climate you live in, or whether autumn Crocus would grow in hot places like FL or CAlif. , but if you live a place with reasonably cold winters and can grow peonies, that's the climate type I live in, and the Autumn Crocus grow well and carefree. They bloom in fall, are planted in fall, and the bulbs are fairly expensive but are very sturdy and multiply. dellarana <dellarana@...> wrote: Hi, I'm new to this and haven't started using the core protocol yet. So now I am trying Buhner's protocol. I purchased most of the herbs and will start this weekend. I had a hard time finding the Autumn Crocus and saw most of you did too so I wanted to tell you where I found it but I have no idea what potency to get so maybe you can help me with that? Also, if you have any beginner's tips, they would truly be appreciated. I have read his book and quite a few of your posts but I have to do this alone since my doctor doesn't think Lyme is a serious thing and in my area, finding a Dr. that does, is a joke and frankly, I'm just too sick to try to find another.
