OT: Re: Full Moon/buhner herbs

This was the worst month I've ever had, it could be because I'm off of my

abx's and switching over slowly to herbs and the spiro's are gaining

strength. Hopefully, I'll be able to kick them back.

I started knotweed as my first herb, I'm very sensitive to everything. Has

anyone had bad headaches from it?

What would be the next one to add in slowly? cats claw?

As to the headaches - if you wake up with them in the morning, it can mean

you are not detoxing enought. For me it was a sign of toxin build-up. Are

you taking milk thistle and dandelion (just made capsules over the weekend)?

And I would add the cat's claw next (I don't take the andrographis - my

tummy didn't like it).

But I'm guessing the headaches and detox are on the top of your list.
