VJ, no problem, I KNOW what's brain fog, even though I don't have it

anymore, I know what it is to have it for months and months...

Sorry you still have it. I got it back a bit again, but it usually

clears with a cocktail of chlorella powder + MSM + bear garlic

tincture + a few sips of Japanese knotweed decoction. Sometimes I add

Destroxin in powder (a bit), sometimes I'm adding now Alpha lipoic

acid. Now Alpha lipoic acid is testing good, before not. I think

because I was too toxic, I heard it can carry mercury to the brain if

taken wrong time.

Frozen garlic is a product that only Biopure sells (as far as I

know). Sorry if it seems advertise.

I tried many brands, some do work a bit, but NOTHING to the extent of

frozen garlic in my experience. It's full of allicin (even though I

had bought other products that said so, I start to believe this one

is so far the strongest).

So I buy one bottle of 90 pills, I take 2 a day, but most people need

more. For me it worths every penny. You could start with normal

garlic to see how your body reacts to garlic before buying this. YOu

need to take all garlic products on full stomach or the stomach acids

will cancel its effect. Also another cheaper solution is chewing

FRESH GARLIC. It has to be fresh. But you need lots of cloves to make

the amount of allicin of one single frozen garlic capsule.

I could never really chew garlic, too strong for me!
