Listen to your body and if it feels like too much then it probably is hun. It is

not good to Herx too hard for too long. It puts too much stress on our weak

immune system and then it cannot get stronger to help fight. My understand is

that less is not less effective at all. Something is better then nothing and you

want to have slight herx with gradual improvement, then plateu and then add more

when you feel that it is not having any effect anymore at the lower dose. I hope

this helps. I spend 3 hours with my ND yesterday going over this kind of thing.

Ok... so I clearly have bartonella.

Anger, rage, GI issues, bart rashes, the works.

I have been treating with Knotweed, red root, eleutherococcus

About 3 days ago I get to 4x3 knotweed, 30 drops 3x's/day red root, 30 drops

3x's per day eleutherococcus.

That's when most of these symptoms really kicked in... especially the GI

distress. (constipation, rage, rashes, etc)

I chalked it up to too many herbs and too much knotweed (as I've been told

constipation can set in and the herbs can cause GI issues)

But how do I know that wasn't all a Bart herx?

What if the 4x3 dosage was hitting something!

I'm 5'11 140 lbs and keep getting told that I don't need 4x3 or 4x4.

But I can't figure out if i was on too much or on the perfect dosage!

Hi....i agree with mystic goddess....

More is not necessarily better....i've been herxing on very low doses of things.

When things get extreme, i think it's good to take a break from the

anti-microbials and focus on the detox phase.

Anything one can do to rest more and relax seems really important when the

herxing is so flared.

Hope you can be gentle with yourself.....

peace, ease,

yarrow
