I vary where I spray it (actually I spray into my hand and then rub it wherever

I want). I use it twice a day. I will often spray where I am currently having

pain, like knee, neck, liver, chest, etc...

Just got my Magnesium oil. Where are you supposed to spray it and it says 4-5

sprays. It doesn't say whether you spray just once or a couple times a day?
