" I am on Tim's formula, but find it makes me dizzy. "

It did for me too at first, but it passed, and then came back as I have

increased dose, and passed again. For me I actually think this is a herx. Some

of my first really 'weird' issues actually started with vertigo.

Hi Jen:) How long have you been doing Tim's formula's? how is your progress? I'm

still on one capsule per day, three weeks into it. Doing Rocephin IV, so

sometime all of together is too intense. I feel awful mostly, but if I take a

break from herbs and Rocephin for a day or two, I feel great. So it must be

killing something...

Hi Lacey,

I think I started in early August. He had me start on 3 capsules, 3 x per day -

the rationale being that because the herbs are all mixed together there is not a

ton in each little capsule. I increased by 3, 3x per day each week. I've been

at 12, 4 x per day for a little over a week now.

It's definitely doing something - I sense traction on a deep level, and am

regaining some of my energy, mental clarity, and momentum. I can tell it's

still going to be a while, and that there are more things to do (like stephania,

possibly red root, and maybe other things down the road). But compared to the

other things I've tried so far it is definitely helping me! Also, I am also

taking ceftin and some anti-candida supplements like garlic and oregano oil (and

probiotics).

I know I post on this board a lot and have yet to really introduce myself or

tell my story (how rude of me!!!!). It's long and drawn out and I'm not really

sure where it begins, so I have held off. Maybe next week :)
