Good Night. in VT Regarding insomnia, I've been having it too. I'm inclined to think after talking with my doc etc. that it's a nervous system response - I know I've got those little buggers in mine... perhaps it is a bit of a herx or die-off reaction. As for emotional conflicts, and others have been talking recently about support and finding someone to listen without fixing... I am studying a branch of yoga therapy right now that has to do with looking at emotions and the self by working through the body (so it's supported yoga postures and dialogue). It's been very helpful for me as a modality to clear emotional issues, understand myself better, and accept the 'nuances' of what is happening with my body right now. Anyway my point - I am offering some free sessions right now, and if anyone on this list is in the Southwest NH area and interested in trying a session I would be happy to offer them for free to people in this group. We need all the help from each other we can get! You can send me an email directly (not to the group) if you want more info. One last thing - if anyone is feeling very alone, and doesn't have anyone to call - we have around here a hotline called the Samaritans. It's an international organization with local branches all over the place. They are technically a suicide hotline, but take calls from all sort of callers, many who are depressed and feel alone. They are there to listen without judgment or trying to fix. Hotlines like this are always available for anyone when you really need someone to reach out to and aren't sure who to call. - Jen
