Guest guest
I drink aloe vera juice as it supposedly is anti-inflammatory. I don't think this actually healed my gut but I am sure it helps overall. What healed mine was avoiding gluten and taking loads of probiotics, including saccharomyces boulardii, a " good " yeast which will help crowd out candida. I also did candida treatment, taking caprylic acid and also diflucans for a short period (I could not tolerate the latter as it caused huge herxes with major depression, etc.). I drink Pau d'Arco tea which I buy in bulk from mountainroseherbs.com (going by memory on their web site) and boil for 20 min in a batch. Gut seems much better although I still avoid gluten. I also avoid all the other things we are told to - sugar, white foods like potatoes and rice, caffeine, alcohol, refined foods. deb > > > > > Compaines that make permeability products. > > Integretive therapeutics-Permeability factors (only co out there that makes in softgel form, rest comes in powder) > > Allergy Research Group-Perm a vite > > Biogenesis- intestinal Repair Complex. > > are those some special kind or probiotics? At first it produced pretty severe cramping a few hours after taking even a small dose. Now I can drink it without too much trouble, but I didn't notice any clear benefit. Guest guest
Forgot to mention that I also take Diatomaceous Earth from Perma Guard. It is supposed to kill parasites and absorb toxins among its many benefits. deb > > > > > > > > Compaines that make permeability products. > > > Integretive therapeutics-Permeability factors (only co out there that makes in softgel form, rest comes in powder) > > > Allergy Research Group-Perm a vite > > > Biogenesis- intestinal Repair Complex. > > > > are those some special kind or probiotics?
