I feel for you MG, I have only me as well; but then, ain't that a great

person to depend on!

The days when your attitude is shot and you feel like hell, it's tough - no

doubt. Find someone you can call, who will listen, not try and fix you, just

let you vent. That was my saving grace. I called Jayne. Jayne would listen,

then she would bitch about stuff in her life - and by then end, we both felt

better and we didn't have to fix the other; just listen.

You need to creat your own support system - do it soon. And you can call me!

PM me if you need or want someone to listen.

Its hard to say for sure. I do feel better in general, but there are always

so many variables that I never know for sure what its from. I always feel

worst in winter, so as spring/summer has come on, I'm feeling better. How

much is due to A-BAB or other treatments I'm doing, is a question. Since i

'herx' when I increase the dose, I'm assuming its working.

My increased fatigue usually lasts a few days when I up my dose, then drops

back to 'normal.' Brain fog, sweats, who knows what all.

Yes, I do buy it through a medical provider.
