Guest guest
I gargle with hydrogen peroxide and water. Not the greatest but works. Brush teeth with toothpaste afterwards to kill the foam. Sore throats usually hit when I have been hitting sugar which depresses the immune system. barb =============== Message: 17 Date: Tue, 15 May 2001 01:02:33 -0400 From: stevku@... Could someone help > with the link for treatment? Thanks so much! > ==>, the antifungals I recommend can treat strep infections, i.e. coconut oil, garlic, oil of oregano, clove oil. I suggest you follow the treatments for Cold, Cough & Flu and depending up your children's age, rub raw crushed garlic into their feet or give them Garlic tea: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe175.php Also they should take double doses of cod liver oil, or if too young rub 1 tablespoon into their abdomen. Guest guest
My wife and I both found success using garlic tea for strep. Took almost 2 weeks. Not as fast as antibiotics... but it doesn't do all the bad things to your body that antibiotics do either! Doug
Guest guest
My daughter is/was a " strepper " We tried the garlic, teas..you name it. What finally worked was Samento (Cats Claw) We have also used Olive Leaf Extract with some success...but I think Samento worked better. Good Luck! > > It looks like I have a couple of children with strep throat. > I've been searching through Bee's website and have not been > able to find where recommended treatment is. Guest guest
First of all, you shouldn't be using a microwave for anything. Second of all, when I had strep earlier this year, I drank a lot of Bee's garlic tea recipe. It took a week or two, but it did go away. We might have done clove tea too. Doug > > Please help. I have a raging strep infection. I've been trying to treat it for two weeks with megadose Vitamin C, and am also taking echinacea/astragalus, but it keeps changing sides and is NOT going away. >

I've been trying to treat it for two weeks with megadose Vitamin C, and am also taking echinacea/astragalus, but it keeps changing sides and is NOT going away. +++Hi Ally. I don't recommend you take echinacea/astragalus. > > I've been doing moderately well on the Candida diet and am managing (for the most part) to keep the yeast infections away, so I do not want to take antibiotics.. But I am feeling desperate! > > Is there anything I can do? (I should mention that I live in in a dorm, so my resources are limited, though I do have access to a kitchen sink, stove and microwave.) ++Like Doug said, please don't microwave anything, except for heating up bags that are filled with rice, etc. +++If you've ever had a similar infection in the past your body will " retrace " each and every episode during natural healing - see Hering's Law of Cures on my website. +++Nature has so many natural antibiotics that aren't toxic and don't cause the damage antibiotic drugs do. Like Doug wrote you can drink garlic tea, and also try some things in the Thrush Treatments article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat18.php +++Also ensure you aren't taking too many things at one time, since it will overwhelm your body, so vitamin C won't even help. So re- check your supplements, for the correct kinds and doses, and don't take any other supplements. The best, Bee
Guest guest
I have the same thing going on right now, perhaps a flair up of earlier bout with mono. Have had two chiropractic adjustments which have helped. Cool or cold beverages are best for inflammation. Cooled chicken broth is soothing to throat and gives overall healing. Bee's egg drink and lemon and salt drink are extremely soothing. One compliments the other. Bee, you confirmed what my body was telling me about suppls. I would pick up the C, etc. and thought not to take it. Rest as much as possible...I have done very little for almost two weeks, only what is absolutly necessary. Do bounce or dance lightly a few times a day to keep some movement. Just recently read from a pyschologist...to think/pray, " I hope for healing and wellness " ... rather than, " I am " fighting " something " . This brings more peace and confidence that our bodies are strong and able to walk through more intense times of healing. Blessings, Louise
Guest guest
Thank you everyone for your advice. Apparently this is going around campus, so I don't think I am retracing--though I did do lot of retracing (throat and ear pain mostly) during my first few months on the program. I am beginning to feel much better. The nurses/doctors use such scare tactics about what can happen if you leave strep untreated, so I was beginning to panic and doubt the natural methods. I'm glad I stuck with it. I guess I just needed a little encouragement. Thanks for being there. )

What is your name. In any case you cannot " catch " any bacteria even if it is " going around. " See this: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/germ12.php +++Your symptoms could also be die-off symptoms. > > I am beginning to feel much better. We all need encouragement, validation and support. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
Back in January I refused to put my daughter on antibiotics because they are so bad for her, so I used Colloidal silver spray every other day, and on the days that I was NOT using Colloidal silver I used 8 drops of Oil of Oregano (P73 kind) and I killed her strep in 2 days, but kept using the treatments for 6 days. She is fine and we did it naturally, no antibiotics!! I also loaded her up with vitamins too, I got a good kids multivitamin from the Vitamin Shoppe and fed her smoothies at night with tons of fruits and berries in them, organic only of course. Mia _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Hansen Sent: Tuesday, March 24, 2009 5:26 PM Subject: [ ] Strep Throat Hi Bee, My son has recently been sick and I took him to be checked at his pediatritian. He is 4 years old. Initially she said he didn't have strep, but she sent a throat culture to the lab and it did show some strep growing. She wants to put him on antibiotics due to the risk of rheumatic fever which can lead to heart damage. I hate putting him on antibiotics. Should I do it as a precaution and then give him some probiotics once he is finished the antibiotics. She also said my husband and I should be checked since we caught it as well. The last thing I need to do is be on antibiotics. I also want to know what you do for coughing. Normally I would take homeopathic cough syrup, but it has honey in it. Thank you. Guest guest
Just wanted to chime in with a similar story about my brother. He has been pretty " sick " for about a week now. It started out with throat/cold symptoms, and he was concerned he might have strep. He's been drinking the garlic tea as per Bee's recipe for almost a week. He likes the taste, but he says he feels much WORSE after drinking it. This, to me, indicates it's doing its job (anti-bacterial, anti-fungal) and toxins are being released into his system. As of yesterday, his throat has gotten better, he has stopped coughing and he can speak again. However, he seems to have all the other classic symptoms of the flu: fever, headache, chills, no appetite, feeling exhausted and otherwise nasty. He's been feeling so unwell for so long now he's going to make an appointment with the doctor today. My brother has also read about the possibility of rheumatic fever and is quite concerned if he had viral strep that it could lead to this, and further problems. I feel like this could be a healing crisis for him, but I don't want to discourage him from seeing the doctor if this reassures him (this particular doctor is very reasonable and understanding of our health goals). I am quite interested to see what his recommendations will be. I have also recommended Epsom baths, but so far he says he hasn't had the energy. andra > Hi Bee, > > My son has recently been sick and I took him to be checked at his pediatritian. Guest guest
Hi Jen, You want to stay away from colloidal silver for sure since it is a heavy metal. I am not familiar with the other product you listed, but I can say that your throat problem is likely a result of your body cleaning itself up and detoxing through that area, so you will want to let it play itself out. In the meantime, here are some treatments from Bee's site that will help you with the symptoms: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_4.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat18.php Those are just treatments for the symptoms, though. It will be Bee's diet and supplements that will make your body heal. Hang in there! > > Help... I have Candida and now Strep Throat. Please understand that natural antibiotics do not kill good bacteria in the gut. Bee
