Guest guest
Thank you again, Heidi. I'm taking notes from you. I've been on the LB Protocol for about a month and have certainly had my ups and downs. You've done your research well and I thank you for your excellent input. My best to you, Lucy H. They are mostly gone now, but only as long as I stay on treatments. Mostly what I have done is a mixture of Buhner and Cowden protocols. I use Nutramedix Banderol, Samento (Cat's Claw derivative), Barberry and Houttuynia (this is for my Bartonella). Each of these cause significant herxing at first. They have to be used a certain way, you would need to learn that. Getting my back realigned also helps. Turmeric and other anti-inflammatories help immensely with the numbness and tightness and even loss of function, but I have to take lots of it. I have used Resveratrol for a while, and feel it's good at the beginning of treatment more so than at the end because it seems to be cause less herxing and increases circulation which is so desperately needed in the beginning. Red Root helps some with herxing, but it needs to be taken regularly to notice it working. Love and prayers, Heidi N I'm wondering if anyone can relate to sensations of numbness and tightness in their hands, feet and face. My hands feel as though the elasticity and flexibility have disappeared. My face feels slightly numb and my lower legs are also numb. The initial attack of Lyme seems to have damaged the nerves in these areas. I would be interested in hearing if you have had these symptoms and if they have resolved. If there is an herbal solution that you have used to help with these symptoms, aside from those in the Buhner Protocol, I would be interested in your response. I'm using Tim 's Green Dragon Botanicals formula, along with other herbs for soothing and strengthening. I am especially interested in hearing positive hopeful messages of recovery, as I'm sure we would all benefit from some good news.
