WOW! I've been taking White's A-BAB for several months. He is local so

local doctors have been recommending his formula. But I did not have access to

all the information on the site you give. THANK YOU! There were some very

important issues about dosing that I did not know; as well as just lots of

interesting information.

It IS strong. I started with 1 drop/day. I'm up to 7drops twice a day. My main

'herx' symptom is mostly increased fatigue; my instructions were to work up

slowly and back off if it was too much. Hence, the length of time it has taken

to get to 7 drops.

Glad the info was helpful. Besides the increased fatigue do you feel any

improvement?

My fatigue and brain fog are so bad right now I'm spending alot of time in

bed...hoping it doesn't get much worse.

Do you have go purchase you'res through a physician?

Its hard to say for sure. I do feel better in general, but there are always so

many variables that I never know for sure what its from. I always feel worst in

winter, so as spring/summer has come on, I'm feeling better. How much is due to

A-BAB or other treatments I'm doing, is a question. Since i 'herx' when I

increase the dose, I'm assuming its working.

My increased fatigue usually lasts a few days when I up my dose, then drops back

to 'normal.' Brain fog, sweats, who knows what all.

Yes, I do buy it through a medical provider.

This is very good news....thanks for letting us know.

My experience is that if i can release old concepts of " who should " help (a

certain family member, etc.) it's amazing how much Love shows up at the door.

And even as our body may be ill, and even not able to get out of bed, my

experience has shown that there are always was that giving can happen, so it is

never a one-way flow.
