Guest guest
I am getting big swings, and I'm starting to see what looks like a cycle, however, I'm not sure I've been consistent enough yet with my treatment to know if it's a cycle or a reaction to something specific. On my bad days though, I do gentle massage, epsom baths, lemon water... all of those seem to help flush. - Jen From: wilson33@... It seems I have about 30 day cycles where 3-4 are the worst symptoms - severe headaches, extreme fatigue, mood low and general malaise. Anyone getting big cycle swings? Are you doing anything special before hand? Detoxing different? _____
Guest guest
When I first became acutely ill with lyme. I cycled every 4 weeks like clockwork. Every 4th Tuesday, it would hit me, hard. For about 7 days I would be severely ill. Then the following 7 days, I would feel slight relief. Then the following, even better. The last week in my cycle I would feel the best. Would even have a day or two where I almost felt completely normal. Then it started all over. Took me 3 months of journaling my symptoms to figure it out. The cycles were tied to my menstrual cycle. Now, about a year later, & with antibiotic treatment, I am on 6 week cycles. But its not as exact. And symptoms are not even close to as bad as they were. Best wishes to everyone. -Sonya Sent from my HTC on the Now Network from Sprint!
