Guest guest
> I was checking the links for Buhner herbs but all of them seem to be in capsule forms.Does anybody know where to acquire powderedversions or some other forms that are moreeffective than just knotweed capsules? you can buy bulk herbs from 1St Chinese Herbs. most people encapsulate them in gelatin capsules, but you can also mix them with food (check past discussions on the forum). Only the andrographis is too bitter for this, although I found it is not a problem if you combine with coffee. Powdered knotweed (bulk herb) shouldn't be very different from normal knotweed pills. They both use powdered root product, but the pills have some extra binders etc. and they are much more expensive. > Also I think the knotweeds I've seen hassome other plants in it? > confused... some of the pills have extra resveratrol from grapes or other source. I don't think the other plant is a problem, but Buhner thinks it is important to use the whole herb and not just the resveratrol (one of the most important chemical components in knotweed). Mixing in other plants means you get less knotweed ...
