Hi guys I am doing the Drainage support supplements from my ND to prep my

body for the A-Bab next Friday. They have me on ITIRES and RENELIX by PEKANA for

my lymph system and kidneys and then also SyDetox for my liver. If you go to

Its hard to say for sure. I do feel better in general, but there are always so

many variables that I never know for sure what its from. I always feel worst in

winter, so as spring/summer has come on, I'm feeling better. How much is due to

A-BAB or other treatments I'm doing, is a question. Since i 'herx' when I

increase the dose, I'm assuming its working.

My increased fatigue usually lasts a few days when I up my dose, then drops back

to 'normal.' Brain fog, sweats, who knows what all.

Yes, I do buy it through a medical provider.

I did ABAB as well, went through all the main symptoms, night sweats, fatigue,

weepiness....that stuff really works. Now Im doing A-BART, thankfully, not

having as much of a die off as the ABAB.

Yes it has helped. I went off my thyroid though thinking it was making me

anxious and such. Then my body stopped detoxing. 3 miserable weeks trying to get

my bidy to release toxins and nada. Went back on my T3 3 days ago and now am

starting to detox and sweat in my sauna like a mad dog. However it is like the

flood gates have opened and I am miserable The A-Bab/A-Bart stuff is really

strong. I only take 1 drop so far and my knotweed. But the good days are very

good and i feel like this is the right direction. Many many doctors and patients

are hearing/seeing good results with these supplements. My friend in Oregon is

even thinking of switching to them. are you doing ok? hugs
