Hi Dag

the hypermobile refers to in the normal state: meaning we are born able to move

farther and stretch farther etc

and that means our connective tissue? are more strecthy and loose and

fragile--and prone to attack and injury. So for anyone with htis, if we have

joint inflammation we may indeed have tighter and harder to move joints like you

all do but the damage can be worse during and afterwards

plus it means that inflammation can increase chances of a dislocate, pull,

etc--and while those who are normal can heal such an occurrence, those of us

with JHS cant--we often have long term affects--we may heal with looser CT.

many are confused by having hypermobile joints and yet cant move them well after

injury

its not so much a description of whats happening at the moment but a diagnosis

of a general problem of faulty CT manufacture.
