Guest guest
Hello, Welcome to this group. I'm not sure how long you've been dealing with illness, because that may be a factor in people's ideas of how long to treat. No one, not even a doctor, can tell you what is the right thing for you. If the person you are working with isn't in alignment with what feels right for you, perhaps it is time to find someone to work with who feels the same way about healing modalities as you do. I feel very fortunate to have finally found someone to work with who does have similar ideas about healing as i have, and who respects my own inclinations and intuition. If you choose to stay with this doctor and then do things behind their back, it could create tension and stress which can't be a healing thing. There are many Naturopaths and Holistic M.D.'s who are savvy about herbal protocols these days. You also have the Buhner book! Peace and ease to you.... yarrow > > Hello, > I am currently undergoing long-term antibiotic therapy through an LLMD. Guest guest
Wow, 3 months for a cure! I wish! We thought we caught mine early & here I am 8 months into treatment still searching for my cure. In fact I'm about to be injected with my " cure so far " . I was on deaths door. And I've come a long way. But still disabled. I agree with gentlybe00. Find someone that allows you to trust your own intuition. -Sonya Sent from my BlackBerry® smartphone with SprintSpeed [ ] Re: Buhner Protocol Newbie Hello, Welcome to this group. Guest guest
Your doctor is hired by you and you ultimately have to make the decisions regarding your own care. Doctors may try to intimidate you into following their way of thinking - egos are heavily involved. You should be frank with the doctor and tell him what you are thinking and ask if he will support you. If not, then it is wise to find another doctor who is more open minded. It is obvious, through reading posts on the various forums and books about the latest/top treatments by LLMDs, that there is no one treatment that works for everyone. There is no certainty. So any doctor who thinks they have the answer is close minded. Does your doctor collect data on patients following his protocol? Sometimes I think they don't want their data contaminated by the use of other protocols. deb > > Hello, > I am currently undergoing long-term antibiotic therapy through an LLMD.
