In my case the knotweed was very effective (within a few weeks) for severe neuro symptoms. I didn't notice much benefit from catsclaw and andrographis. Eleuthero helped against fatigue, but that was temporary and because of the cost I haven't continued that herb. I'm from Europe, we have different Bb's and sometimes different symptoms here (I got the B. afzeli strain and probably B. garini; not the US B. burgdorferi). > Also, my doctor has recommended the 400 mg tablet (standardized to 50% Resveratrol), rather than the tablet that Dr. Buhner recommends. I'd be interested to know if anyone tried this alternate dosage. According to Buhner it is not just about Resveratrol, you have to take the whole knotweed (root) product. So he would prefer the tablets that he recommends in his book (or bulk herbs, but those are not standardized so you don't know exactly what you get). Did you ask your doc why he prefers the product with more resveratrol?
