Just a small percentage of bacteria is fully anaerobic, even Bb is microaerophilic and prefers (or needs) a little bit of oxygen. Most viruses don't care about oxygen levels because they work inside cells, as long as the cell can handle the oxygen level the virus doesn't care. And when it comes outside the cell, it usually has a very tough 'delivery package' that makes it even more independent of outside conditions.
