high doses on buhner protocol?

My herbalist and I have been looking at the dose of cats claw tincuture (1:3

25%) and japanese knotweed. Its a little difficult because we dont know the

exact strength of the knotweed.

However, it seems the 1st stage is 80 drops of CC then weekly increase up to 320

drops per day; x3 caps of JK per day rising to 12 - staying on this for two

months.

Is that right? It just seems such a high dose and Im nervous about it.
