Why use tincture instead of the capsules?

Be very careful about starting out so high - try just 3-5 drops a day to

start. Don't want to herx too bad right off the bat - I did!

Dont worry I have already been very slowly increasing it, for several months and

I did not make that clear in my email.

Because its cheaper, easier to tolerate, and does not have TOA in which blocks

some of the active ingredients. I know people differ on this issue, I am not

saying its best for everyone, just that I personaly find it works and easy to

take, as it can be desolved in milk or water etc. I know some people cannot

tolerate the alcohol and some feel the full herb has to be better
