Guest guest
Hi, I have one and love it. I like it better than a cedar sauna. The personal sauna breaks down easily and I also like that my head is out during the treatment. When you use a large wood sauna you can actually rebreathe the toxins that you are sweating out. Hope this helps. Peggy
Guest guest
My LLMD didn't believe the portable ones were any good but I think if something makes you sweat, it's got to be doing some good. So if anyone can suggest a particular brand that works, that would be great. Also, I do have a steam room in my house but I do not know how effective it is for sweating since the steam condenses on the skin. Any comments? deb > > Hi, > I have one and love it.
