Hi,

I have one and love it. I like it better than a cedar sauna. The

personal sauna breaks down easily and I also like that my head is out

during the treatment. When you use a large wood sauna you can actually

rebreathe the toxins that you are sweating out.

Hope this helps.

My LLMD didn't believe the portable ones were any good but I think if something

makes you sweat, it's got to be doing some good. So if anyone can suggest a

particular brand that works, that would be great.

Also, I do have a steam room in my house but I do not know how effective it is

for sweating since the steam condenses on the skin. Any comments?
