The book arrived yesterday, only read the technical bits and found it all very depressing, but I was in a low mood anyway. Think I will stop seeing my local herbalist and give this a go. Guest guest
Hi Pam, No probs I hope the herbs help you. I also wanted to say I can understand where you are coming from though I found the book really helpful and fascinating to read it can all feel a bit daunting and especially when we are in a low mood at the time as it can really colour our view of things. I have just recently started experimenting with the herbs on my own myself so cant offer much of a positive testimonial yet and I dont know yet how much they are going to help me but I am hopeful. It has helped me to know that Buhner has researched the herbs very thoroughly and also reading how people on this forum are improving on various combinations of the herbs and other interventions too. I am hoping that because the herbs have so many properties that they will help with any other infections I suspect I might have not just borrelia. Take care, Anne > > > Hi Anne > > Have only just seen your message, thanks for that information.
