I have had a Far Infra Red Sauna for atleast 3 years. It is the cedar box. I

always feel better when I use it atleast 3 times a week for 10 to 20 minutes.

 When I go away, I start noticing symptoms of body pain etc that seem to get so

much better when I use it.  I have never used a portable one.

For three days, I did not use my Far Infra Red Sauna (cedar box type) and I woke

up in body pain which I did not experience while using it. For me it really

helps and was worth the investment about 4 years ago. I just need to stay

focused on using it.
