AC Protocol vs. Biofilm Protocol

Has anyone tried the biofilm protocol? I was going to try it after listening to

Dr. Usman speak at a conference until I heard Dr. McCandless say that she tried

the biofilm protocol on herself and could not tolerate it. The thing that I

like about the biofilm protocol is that it seems to attack yeast and toxins and

the same time which also reduces the effect of die off. I've heard many of you

mention that the AC protocol can spike up yeast. We've been fighting yeast for

so long that it makes me cringe to think about spiking it up again.
