Who better to treat an early stage Alzheimer's patient than a DAN physician?

Can someone recommend a DAN physician in the Boston/Portland/Manchester NH area?

Clearly not the right forum for discussion of Alzheimer's but but a DAN doctor

is her best alternative to the take-this-pill-and-wait-to-die doctors.
