Zithromax and severe anxiety/panic attacks

I had to stop Zithromax seventeen days ago because of its side effects:

severe anxiety and panic attacks. I would like to hear from others who

experienced the similiar side effects. How long does it take for these side

effects to disspate from the system after termination of the antibiotics. I

know at least two other people who have similiar reactions. One recovered

after six weeks and another still is in a very bad shape after couple of

months. Please e mail me if you don't want to post here.

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

thank you in advance,

elizabeth

Just my opinion...... based on myself, husband, 2 of my 6 kids, best friend,

her hubby, her 3 kids, another neighbor, her whole family, etc.

We ALL get the anxiety/panic attacks. What helps them is either Xanax (even

1/2 of a pill) AND you have to try and talk yourself down. We also have found

that any lymie should be on an antidepressant too. This is because lymies

have a lack of seratonin also.

Since I have been treated now for 2 yrs. , I have not had an attack in a long

time.

Zith. is one of the best Rx for lyme cuz it and Suprax are superior in

penetrating the cell walls. I personally cannot take zith, cuz it is way too

strong for my stomach (diahrrea).
