For early lyme, how do you know when you have been on abx long

enough...do the symptoms disappear? Is there a possibility of relapse

with early lyme?

This has been a hot subject with my husband..who cannot seem to get

it through his head i am sick. again he asks me this morning when are

we going to try for another baby...again i tell him when i am well.

This actually may be partly my fault..i haven't explained this all to

him because i didn't need the stress of his reaction. He said " you

told me you just needed antibiotics and would be fine. " which i

probably did say at the beginning, since i didn't know. I had a

tubal in October, and he wasn't the pillar of support then. In fact i

thought he acted very selfishly. The doctors told me it is him

dealing with his feelings...anyhow that is what has prevented me from

really going into with him...i guess i should give him a

chance...anyhow i need some facts or as close as you can get to

facts..

What happens if you have early lyme<my situation where i never tested

positive but have symptoms 2 weeks after being bit by a tick, also

have herxheimer responses to medication ..and feel awful when i go

off> Have had about 45 days of treatment...can you pass it on to a

fetus? Can you think about getting pregnant again if you show no more

symptoms..or does it linger?

oh and one more, are herxheimer's unique to lyme? <i do know it's

been seen in syphilus patients> but people have told me if you

herx..you have lyme.

thanks for the answers!!!
