,

I agree Glucosamine is supposed to do wonders for arthritis pain, but my

LLMD and Rheumy said to take Glucosamine Sulfate, rather than Glucosamine

Clondritin (sp?), forget why he said that, but something to do with our type

of arthritis. I haven't tried it yet due to $$, and I'm finishing my MSM

first. The MSM helps a little, but not enough, my fingers hurt so much, so

it must not being doing all that well. It wouldn't hurt though to get

Glucosamine Sulfate & Clondritin, I think I've seen the combo in the drug

stores. Of course, they all recommend ibuprofen, but I don't stomach that

well. Anyway, good luck. Will you be keeping in touch from Germany? Vicki,

Md

P.S. Sorry I've not been participating much lately, just not feeling up to

typing due to the arthritis in my hands, but I think of you all - all the

time, and keep you in my prayers.
