Guest guest
I would like to comment here about the nerves and the pain due to muscle spasms/nerve problems.... When a person has lyme disease, there is a collection of spirochetes at the brain stem, hence, the severe, radiating pain throughout the head, neck, shoulder area, etc. This can cause meningitis (the meninges swell), encephalitis (swelling of the covering of the brain), myelitis, etc. Plz see http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Oasis/6455/encephalitis-links.html " " /6455/meningitis-links.html " " /6455/myelitis-links.html /6455/neuritis-links.html and the list goes on and on.....let me know personally if you would like more...... What will help this pain? Of course with duration of time and taking abx (antibiotics), this will help symptoms diminish and could even help eliminate them (from personal experience). I HIGHLY recommend massage therapy, chiro, aqua bed (Aqua Med Physiotherapy), accupuncture and then Advil (inflammation from the spirochetes). I try to do as little drugs as possible; always try the " natural " route first. I am not a dr., but I am returning to school in May to become a dr. in health and nutrition and will continue to share my (and many here) experiences on what has worked for us and what has not. sue in nj sue massie

Those w/o CFS can get away with using them sometimes but others like myself aren't so lucky. Again, as from my experience on dexamethasone would dictate, stay the hell away from corticosteroids except for occasional use of topical creams for skin problems such as 2.5% hydrocortisone. Subject: Nebulised Magbesium for Chronic Fatigue Hi MJH, Dr.Myhill proposes using this for Chronic Fatigue-you might want to look at this. Dr. Myhill from UK proposes Mg supplementation by means of a nebuliser. You can read more about it at http://www.drmyhill.co.uk/ article.cfm?id=258. arnold .. ..Thanks, Arnold As you know I am a BIG Magnesium fan and find it most effective in LIQUID rather than pill form. We take it on an empty stomach about three times a day. Why? Because the AEDs provoke malabsorption and Mg is an acid neutralizer (antacid). I see Dr Myhill uses Epsom salts (Mg SO4). CHarlie got lots of IVs of this great stuff, plus we've been using it in his bath for thrity years. Also, I dissolve some and mix it in any skin cream on hand (usually a combo of coconut oil and cocoa butter) for topical application. Lots of folks may not be aware that vitamin B6 is also needed to help the Mg do its thing. I wonder how this nebulizer differs from a hooka -- Turkish water pipe. mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

Guest guest
Ann Sorry but you are clean out of luck! The key was in your email - 'A year or so back' I have had a few 'clear out your clutter sessions' since then - My mother is 79 and she had kept (until very recently) every email she had ever been sent, much to my 80 year-old father's consternation - thats a lot of emails!! I am trying hard not to emulate her!!! Try google with a few different terms: policy update, chronology of recent policy documents, something like that. You will probably find an even better update with the most recent policy, particularly since there has been a flurry of docs this past year on all sorts. b/w Message: 2 Date: Thu, 20 Apr 2006 16:07:18 +0000 From: " ann ebeid " <annebeid@...> Subject: RE: policy changes Hi -how are you doing with your thesis?Almost there I hope.
