Many of the messages today offended me greatly for a variety of reasons.

Because I have limited abilities in how I can discipline the offenders, I

have simply chosen to shut down this list for a short time.

I understand people get cranky, upset and angry about situations. However,

I strongly believe that people NEED to learn to use the delete button and

let issues go. I get hate email from people every day. If I were to

respond to each letter, or take each letter personally, I don't think it

would be possible for me to maintain my sanity and limited health.

I know this seems unfair and subjective. It is subjective. And it may be

unfair. But this is the way life goes. I am the list owner and I am the

one who makes these decisions. I have too many people needing real help and

I don't want to waste my time policing adults.

Seriously folks, this is ridiculous. Trying to one up each other in some

kind of war of words. None of us needs this kind of stress. It is harder

for all of to get along than most support groups because we have over 300

members! When we log on to the computer we should look forward to receiving

email from , not cringing because of it.
