Bloodwork - sed rate and red blood count

We have a follow-up appt with our son's pediatrician (not his DAN!) regarding

some routine bloodwork, all they told us was that his sed rate is " off " and his

red blood count is low. Sounds like inflammation, but can this be related to

the intestinal inflammation or should I be worried about arthritis? Has anyone

else had this come up?
