Hi ,

I've heard of rescue dogs, but rescue CATS? This was really cute...gave me a

good belly laugh! I can just imagine the expression on that smart cat's

face...and then the one on yours after realizing what was going on!

Glad you realized you shouldn't be near the pool edge, also.

Love ya,

Rose

For example, I went out into the pool area to

here in Florida to see just how cold it was. I

kept holding open the

screen door for the cat, so he could come with

me. He just kept

looking at me like I was nuts. I couldn't figure

out WHAT on earth

was wrong with him, and I kept calling his name

over and over again

to follow me. He just stared at me, motionless.

Then, I suddennly

remembered:

(1) He's not allowed in the pool area; and

(2) He was actually smarter than I was because he

remembered the

rules and I didn't; and

(3) I shouldn't have been out there either, as

the pool is drained

right now and with my balance, both the cat and I

could have ended up

a** over tea kettle in an empty pool!

It was a humbling moment. Thankfully, I have a

sense of humor that

has kicked in again. And a smart cat!
