For 3 years I was the coldest person on earth, I wore 3 shirts and spandex

under pants, even in the summer, air conditioning tore me up, heat tore me

up, nothing seemed to work. After my first visit to LLMD, which explain the

reason for my coldest all the time I was wasting away. This still kept,

this month is first month I not wearing all those close. I have not had the

excruating pain of being cold, I can take a bath and get out of the tub, with

out the excruating pain.

I have night sweats for the past 4 months, It doesn't matter how much covers

I use or don't use. I think the night sweats are a good thing, I wake up

and my hair is drenched, I can actually ring it out, my sheets are soaked, I

have to wash them almost everyother day, in fear my husband my get sick from

my sweats. They say if your in body is warmer than normal this kills off the

lyme, so the nights sweats are a welcome to be. But waking up, and getting

out being out in air, immediated cold chills, so for the first hour I wrap my

self in sheet till I am completely dry. I bathe, because I feel so dirty and

yecky. My body also reaks of antibiotics, so I know if this happening that

the antibiotics are working. I had to learn to do what the doctor told me

which he has 5 days on and 2 days off antibitics, and you know the stranges

things, my nights are more severe the 2 days off my antibiotics than they

are when I am taking it. I really think this is a good thing. Our body heat

must come from internal sources not outer sources so food we eat is very

important. To eat our bodies to help the antibiotics to get rid of this

dreadly painful disease.

Love
