Guest guest
Here is what I could find on Liver Cleansing- #1:This is Hulda 's Method- Ingredients: 4 tablespoons epsom salt in 3 cups water - keep cold 1/2 cup olive oil (light is easier to get down) 2/3-3/4 cup FRESH Pink Grapefruit juice 4-8 Ornithine (to be sure you will sleep!) you will need two days She says to take no vitamins, pills, etc. Eat a No-fat breakfast 2 PM - DO NOT EAT OR DRINK AFTER 2 PM or you will feel ill 6 PM - Drink 3/4 cup of Epsom salt mixture (3 Cups water and 4 Tbs Epsom) 8 PM - Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mix 10 PM- Drink 1/2 cup Olive oil and up to 3/4 cup grapefruit mixed together (use straw. you can chase with ketchup, cinnamon, or brown sugar) Take Ornithine Finish within 5 Minutes LIE DOWN Immediately and fall asleep IN AM- Take 3/4 cup Epsom Salt mix AFTER 6 AM 2 HOurs Later - take 3/4 cup Epsom salt mix 2 more hours - resume normal life - you can eat fruit and fruit juice. eat light food 1 hour after that. She says to expect diarrhea in the AM, but to look for Greenish floating stones. Count them as you will have to get rid of 2000 of them Repeat the cleanse at 2 week intervals. Also, do not cleanse if Ill - I don't know if this applies to Lyme, but it is a very good question. She also recommends a parasite cleanse and kidney cleanse before the liver cleanse because you will feel less ill. #2: From Mr. 's Corner - a list I subscribe to Liver and Colon Cleanse Ingredients needed: Epsom Salts - 3-4 tablespoons Distilled Water - at least 90 ounces 100% Pure Juice (20 tablespoons) or 20 fresh lemons Cold Pressed Virgin Olive Oil - at least 1 pint Maintain an empty stomach six to eight hours before proceeding with the cleanse. You may drink water. [After your noon meal, for example, fast until 6-8 p.m., then begin the cleanse] One hour before beginning the cleanse, place 3 tablespoons of Epson salts in a 10 oz. Class of distilled water-drink all. In an 8 oz. glass put 3 tablespoons of the olive oil. Then add the juice of two lemons (or two tablespoons of 100% lemon juice and fill the glass with distilled water. You will need 10 glasses of this mixture. You may prepare 10 glasses of the mixture in the beginning or re-mix each glass of water, oil and lemon juice every 15 minutes. Drink one glass of the mixture every 15 minutes until you have drunk 10 glasses of the mixture. To offset the taste, place a small amount of pure maple syrup on the tip of your tongue when drinking mixture. Also it helps to drink through a straw with the mixture not mixing with your saliva. Some people experience an upset stomach but this will soon pass. By the following morning, if you have not eliminated, it helps to eat 1 or 2 Fuji apples.(Pears work well too). When you have eliminated, pay particular attention to what you see in the toilet bowl before you flush. You will probably notice small gray-looking chunks along with other items of interest. Check for parasite infested mucous which may be dislodged from the lining of the intestinal tract. This is very important, as you will want to pass all of this loose mucous as soon as possible. You will know you have some remaining mucous in your intestinal tract if you experience cramping. To expel any additional mucous you will need to take a mild solution* of cleanse the same day. After the cleanse regimen, as a sleep aid, you may take one or two cups of grapefruit juice before retiring. Have a nice cleanse. . .! *A mild cleanse solution is two tablespoons of castor oil or mineral oil followed by a cup of Senna tea before retiring. #3:You might want to look into Tincture of Gold Coin Grass for gallstones. I have heard that it dissolves stones, but I would consult with a homeopath/herbolgist for more info In a message dated 3/30/01 3:20:01 AM Eastern Standard Time, writes: Message: 1 Date: Thu, 29 Mar 2001 21:00:16 EST From: InfoNymfo@... Guest guest
There are many recipes on the internet. I've been reading a lot lately, regarding detoxing/cleansing. Came across this one and doing it now, just 3 relatively inexpensive antioxidants, milk thistle, selenium and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I have been taking most of these for quite a while, not in a regimented way though. Also, the vitamin C megadose is also a detoxifier, if taken without minerals and in it's ascorbic acid form. If you need more info, you can google, I did find this abstract that is related to curing patients with hepatitis C, which I don't have, but if it can help someone with that fatal virus, think what it can do for us. http://www.tbyil.com/berkson.htmLet us know what you decide to do, and how it works! On Sun, Aug 14, 2011 at 10:14 AM, Colleen <ccoyle00@...> wrote: Have done liver/gallbladder cleanse in the past. Guest guest
What makes you think that epsom salts are dangerous? The body needs magnesium & sulfur, & many people have used epsom salts successfully for cleanses...AnneOn Aug 14, 2011, at 7:14 AM, Colleen wrote: Have done liver/gallbladder cleanse in the past.
