Dr. Horowitz has a hearing date

Dr. Horowitz has been under investigation for over two years now.

Originally he had a hearing date set for early in 2000. It seems to me that

the OPMC decided first to take down Dr. Burrascano before Horowitz, probably

hoping to take away a " big gun " from Horowitz's support structure.

This is not going to end here. Orens lost his license in 1999. Burrascano,

if he keeps his license, will at least be censored this year, and now

Horowitz is under fire. The OPMC is going to continue to take down doctors

one by one until there are none left. We must convince our doctors to come

forward and support each other. Now is the time to take a stand, not later.

More information will become available about Dr. Horowitz. We must be

prepared to help him as much as we can. I wish 2001 would have started out

with better news.

another NY LLMD under investigation by the OMPC

It was shared with me by email tonight that Dr. Horowitz in NYC has

been notified he is now under investigation by the OMPC of NY. He is

scheduled to have a hearing in February. Did I miss this prior to now

or is this new info?? Perhaps it was not the top with all the issues

surrounding Dr. B but I think the timing here is relevant.

I'm sure his legal fees are enormous as we are already familiar with

Dr. B's defense costs.

If there was ever a time we need to be united across this nation I

believe it is now. Actually I feel like we're already behind. This

type of abuse and witch hunts must be stopped.

I'm curious as to where (or who) the complaints [and financial backing]

is coming from for these state investigations / hearings.

We've all discussed the risks and associated costs of failure in these

preceedings with the OMPC. It's more than great.

I apologize because I'm scattered in my thoughts tonight. I would like

anyone to tell me more if they are aware of this investigation. Thank
