Guest guest Posted September 19, 2006 Report Share Posted September 19, 2006 Hi all, Well the update is I saw my GP yesterday and amongst loads of other things which took up 20 minutes we talked about my pain and joint problems. She said the urinary incontinence is probably down to the somatoform disorder but agreed the joint pains were probably not. She said she would have a closer look at them next time but agreed it was probably arthritis and possibly rheumatoid arthritis. I suppose if the blood tests come back normal after I've had them done in my next appointment, it will be put down to the somatoform disorder. Hope everyone is well. Tonight I start a cooking course! I'm useless in the kitchen and want to get better so I can look after myself, especially the fact that I'm staying at my mum's atm so am starting tonight! So nervous about it. Maybe they'll all be blokes coz its called "can't cook, won't cook" or something like that. Will let you all know how it goes.
